​The salesman was not completely informed of the product / car inquired about. Salesman stated a feature that we considered was a must for our next vehicle was part of a specific package. We did purchase th / car inquired about. Salesman stated a feature that we considered was a must for our next vehicle was part of a specific package. We did purchase the car at the level the sales thought the feature was included. Upon delivery we learned from Honda the feature was not included. Ultimately an aftermarket part was installed to resolve the issue. Upon delivery the sales did not assist my wife in configuring Honda link and the onboard electronics. The features were not demonstrated, nor explained to my wife. The conduct and knowledge f he salesman is a negative reflection of the leadership at Walser. Leaders are responsible for everything their people succeed and fail at. More
