Sold me a car with cleared out computer screen, which displayed 40 miles later. I’ve got awd issues and emissions. I was not aware/ nor was it visible when I purchased. Sales tried, but newer salesperson did minimal work, and gave misinformation to make a sale. Tried to call on issues with the title on new vehicle and did not or would not return calls. I talked to a manager about the title issue and was told that I probably shouldn't buy another vehicle from Walser, that I should buy it in Iowa where I live. Seems strange he doesn't really want the business. I was not rude in any way, just wanting information on why the dealership was taking so long. I was told by sales that the Iowa tases would be exactly as figured as the funding people knew exactly what the amount would be, but in the end were over $300.00 beyond the correct amoung, I did receive a check from the county auditor with the title. I had tried to talk to the title dept, but was told they were not working that day. The initial sales process that Friday took over 4 1/2 hours, That next Monday I drove back to the dealership with my title, and it took two hours as someone processed my $100.00 check, that was to be held for me to void/destroy. Luckily I was helped by Kenny, a sales manager, to have a check issued back to me. No one beyond Kenny really knew just what to do about the mix up. More
