Excellent Honda service, as always. I love my 2008 CRV XL with lifetime free oil change and Honda takes good care of it. Thank you to the service people and esp Benjamin, the agent who kept me abreast with what’s going on during my recent visit. Two years ago though, your mechanic insisted that my battery needed to be replaced. I didn’t want to cuz your charge was expensive so I decided to bring my car back to Sam’s Club where I bought the battery. They checked the battery at Sam’s and told me it was still fine. Perhaps Honda uses an older battery check equipment?! Anyway, my car is still running with the same battery!! More
