I bought an oil change package when I purchased my car and was never told it expires. I had 2 left and with some persistence they let me use one and now I have to forego the last one which is absurd. I never got my multi spec video just a very brief overview when everything was said and done. Not sure I’ll come back now that I feel like a nuisance. More

The reason I came in for a service was a rotational sound while driving. When hitting the brakes it will go away and then come back after a short time. When the service advisor came back and they were polite while driving. When hitting the brakes it will go away and then come back after a short time. When the service advisor came back and they were polite however, I got the feeling that parts throwing at the issue would resolve the problem. No information about we found x part having a problem but insisted that the entire braking assembly to be replaced (even though most of it was recently replaced). I took my vehicle home and found there were shims damaged or missing and now the sound is gone. Needless to say, my dealership service center feelings continue to be correct and I will continue doing my own maintenance and repairs. More
