He understood what we wanted and was easily able to help us compare our financing/cost suggestions. He also is fully conversant with the Walser process, guidelines and transaction process. He helped steer us through the process calmly and efficiently. He also took all the time we needed to answer our questions, discuss alternatives. He never made us feel hurried or unimportant.
