We had our car in for warranty work and when we came to pick it up, it didn’t start. We had a loaner car so we waited until we heard back mid week to find out why. Found out it was a battery, but the batte pick it up, it didn’t start. We had a loaner car so we waited until we heard back mid week to find out why. Found out it was a battery, but the battery was only nine months old. Jake was amazing to work with and helped us through the whole process. We ended up getting our car back on Friday. So we had the loaner car for a whole week no questions asked. The battery that was in the car was under warranty at Walmart, so they had the car running for us when we got there on Friday and we drove straight to Walmart to get that straightened out. Anyway, long story short everyone was very cooperative and accommodating to making sure we weren’t stranded with our car and we appreciate that. More
