I believe that Cameron Thompson made us feel welcome, took care of the issues on our primary vehicle, and convinced us to leave our second car there for service. The gentleman Jack, who worked on our s took care of the issues on our primary vehicle, and convinced us to leave our second car there for service. I believe both gentleman preformed as I would have expected, if they worked for me. The wait is somewhat boring, but I am not really too sure what you can do about that! More

Actual service was good. Service writer was not good. Made promises they didn’t keep. Cameron Thompson advised they would cover rental and didn’t communicate they were wa Service writer was not good. If I had known it would take that long I would have picked up vehicle and brought it back when parts came in. That would have been 3 days instead of 17! When I came to pick it up I was charged for the rental. Negotiated to half rate but disappointed to say the least, it should have been 0 or 3 days at best. More
