Josh kept a perfect balance of staying in touch throughout the process without overdoing it. We also worked a little with Hassan with a possible trade in. He looked over our car and gave us his honest opinion and what they could do for us. He suggested we try sell it on our own(suggested a price to post it at) and if we still had it a week later he would still offer the trade price to us! We took his suggestion and sold it on our own and came out a couple thousand ahead. I was so impressed with their honesty. This is our first Hyundai and so far I like it more each time I drive it. We keep our cars for a long time but I will be sending anyone looking for a vehicle to Walser. More
Returning of phone calls and initial attempts at communication is poor. Took 2 weeks for them to have a rental car available when 2024 Tucson needed a new screen. I took my car into Walser Hyundai Coon Rapids for a routine oil change. They “changed the oil” and then took it for a test drive. My car started on fire during the test drive and was totaled. Thankfull routine oil change. They “changed the oil” and then took it for a test drive. My car started on fire during the test drive and was totaled. Thankfully, the tech made it safely out. Investigation by insurance resulted in no oil in the engine, even though it supposedly had just been changed, which caused the car fire. GM Hassan just kept telling me “accidents happen.” Insurance paid out but they have been hard to get a hold of and work with through this and are not helping at all in getting another vehicle. We will never go there again after being treated like it was my fault. More
