Even tho the following week did not go ideally when my new car wouldn't start Steve and everyone went above and beyond to not only fix my car but to be as accommodating as possible. Steve was in constant contact and updating me on the car. I now have my car back and feel very safe and secure knowing everyone involved strove to remedy the situation and make sure I came away with a safe and reliable vehicle. More

AWESOME CARS, AWESOME SERVICE My husband bought a new Santa Fe @ Walser and had such great service that we went back the next day to buy one for me. They didn't have the one I wanted, but they found it for me and I was able to pick it up a week later (my delay, not theirs). They even gave me top dollar for my trade-in. Besides being very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe, Chase was also friendly, not pushy to make the sale, and extremely efficient with all of the paperwork. The morning I picked up my new Santa Fe he had me in and out of the dealership in under an hour. And I later learned that he wasn't even scheduled to work until later that day - he came in just for me! Needless to say I was impressed and appreciative of his consideration of my time. I will definitely return to Walser and refer friends as well. More
