Great service, outside of the typical hours of sitting up there waiting for the approval and paperwork to be ready. There really needs to be a way to speed that up! My biggest complain is the lack of communication. I was told the paperwork would be completed and a driver sent to my house to return me to get a loaner car in about a hour and a half. No one came and no one called to tell me and the excuse was they were so busy. I have made many phone calls from April 4th to May 22 with only 3 return calls. Communication was very poor. As a widow living alone my car is so important. More
