Came in with a stuck gas cap door while riding on fumes. Service closed at 3:00 and I was there at 3:01. Service manager said all the techs were gone and he couldn’t help me. Said there was a way to pop a p Service closed at 3:00 and I was there at 3:01. Service manager said all the techs were gone and he couldn’t help me. Said there was a way to pop a panel in the back to pull a release cord but he wasn’t going to do it and wreck anything. HE’S THE SERVICE ADVISOR! I went to a competitor and they were very helpful! Had three guys working on it and I was eventually on the road. Don’t go here for service... they don’t care about their customers. More

Very good experience Came in with dead battery, Sean worked me in, replaced battery, reset my car clock & put my 1909 Elantra thru the car wash in just under an hour. Everything is ALWAYS great at Walser Hyundai. My family now owns 3 Hyundai vehicles purchased from them - and all of them have been great. The 1st (a 11'Sonata) just went in for it's first repair last wee now owns 3 Hyundai vehicles purchased from them - and all of them have been great. The 1st (a 11'Sonata) just went in for it's first repair last week (a rubber steering wheel coupler was making noise - at 9 years old and 146k) and even the service dept was great too! I can't recommend Hyundai or Walser enough!! More

Great Service Always I had a last minute problem with changing out a dead headlight bulb( and then others) on my daughters Hyundai Elantra, as she was taking it on a trip I had a last minute problem with changing out a dead headlight bulb( and then others) on my daughters Hyundai Elantra, as she was taking it on a trip the next day. The Service Advisors at Walser Hyundai BP were able to slide it in and take care of such issues with almost immediate and very ,very satisfactory service! Loyalty goes both ways and Thanks again! Service Center team and work is excellent! Had to have the passenger side view mirror replaced as the original was removed by striking the side of the garage door when entering our garage (unin Had to have the passenger side view mirror replaced as the original was removed by striking the side of the garage door when entering our garage (unintentionally!). Stopped in to have a new mirror ordered, requested that it be painted to match the car and had it installed. Time to order and have it painted was extremely quick. When I arrived to have it installed, they set the expectation it could take an hour, was out the door in 15 minutes. More
