There was an appt available within 30 minutes, which was awesome because I needed to squeeze it into an alre My husband called for an oil change appt. There was an appt available within 30 minutes, which was awesome because I needed to squeeze it into an already-busy day. Mike at Walser said they'd do their best to get it done soon but I figured it would take a few hours since it was last minute. Boy was I wrong! It was not long after we got home and Mike called to say it was ready! He was friendly and professional, which is typical for Walser staff. My car was in for an oil change and inspection I was able to get an appointment when I wanted to get in for an oil change and vehicle inspection before taking my car on a trip. The car was ready when it was promised and I received a detailed statement of what was done. I got a complimentary car wash. The car wash left quite a few water spots on the car.
