The service from the dealership was very good. They took my car as soon as I brought it in, but I did call ahead. My issue is with the “lifetime warranty” I purchased when I bought the car. Installed 4 new tires. Pressured by Service Rep to add alignment. Spoke with him for about 5 minutes, with him trying to convince me to get the alignment. In retrospect I wished I would have gone to Discount Tire to get tires. I know they do not insist that you have alignment with new tires. Only chose Walser because of the rebate. His high pressure was very disturbing and quite frankly very annoying! More
