I bought a Nissan Rogue. Took it through the carwash and found out the back window leaked. At first, I was bummed because the warranty didn't cover it, but I talked with one Took it through the carwash and found out the back window leaked. At first, I was bummed because the warranty didn't cover it, but I talked with one of the managers, Matt, and he said that it would be taken care since I just bought the car about a month before. I took it over to their collision center and they said it would take longer, so they would be happy to bring me back home or to work. And to top it off, they delivered my car to me! Now that is customer service! Excellent Work everyone! More
