“Tech” damaged my front wheels and lug nuts doing a rotation which was not needed on my new truck. Service manager offered to repair powder coat on the wheels and replace the lug nuts. The lug nuts wer rotation which was not needed on my new truck. Service manager offered to repair powder coat on the wheels and replace the lug nuts. The lug nuts were replaced with some small random car lug nuts and do not match the originals. This was shown to whom ever was running the department that day. Finally my front wheels were painted with some kind of textured satin clear overspray and are not shiny anymore. This is very irritating. My vehicle was not clean when I picked it up. It was not even washed the day that I bought it a year ago as promised by the salesperson. Unfortunately Walser Nissan will not get any return business from me. More
