At Carlson the rep was not knowledge about the products, at Buerkle extremely pushy, arrognant, borderline rude. The combo of Jake’s expertise, great team at this location overall, & phenomenal product caused us to purchase a 2011 Nissan Quest. We LOVE our choice, and plan on going back to Jake for our next vehicle. P.S.
