I had a bad experience, but Mike took care of me. I had previously got the wrong diagnosis from your service center about a noise my car was making. They previously said it was my tires. So when I go I had previously got the wrong diagnosis from your service center about a noise my car was making. They previously said it was my tires. So when I got new tires a couple of days ago and it still made the same noise, I thought it was the new tires I had just bought from Nissan. Mike assured me that these tires should not make a noise and he took me on a test drive. He diagnosed that I needed new front wheel bearings. He had the work done the following day. HORRIBLE! Would not recommend- Worked with Tom out of Wayzata.. Bought a car there not even 30 days from leaving the Lott I started hearing noise underneath- t Would not recommend- Worked with Tom out of Wayzata.. Bought a car there not even 30 days from leaving the Lott I started hearing noise underneath- took it to 2 mechanics get it checked out- both had a 6k repair fee! Haven't even put a 1,000 miles since I had it and it needs 6k in repair. "they have there cars serviced before going out" my a$$ they do or they pulled a fast one by not telling me what was wrong with the car and cant help out the customer (CUSTOMER) because we didn't get the walser plan! NOT EVEN 30 DAYS leaving the lott! Quick buck for you Tom... good job- would NOT recommend this place to anyone in the area! More

I bought a 2009 BMW Z4 Black Convertible Manual Transmission online from Walser Nissan Wayzata Was told Car Perfect except no Scratches except Rear Bumper Small ding I agree to purchase car Transmission online from Walser Nissan Wayzata Was told Car Perfect except no Scratches except Rear Bumper Small ding I agree to purchase car with small ding The Dealer sends photos car does not have visual damage. The sales women Katherine Flores Gomez, says the rear bumper has ding and we will repair but it will not be perfect... again I agree and purchase car.,,, Car Delivered 8-31 022 ..As approach it the car I see Hundreds of Chips on Hood and some side of car .. The car looks like it has snow on it I was thinking OK the Transit Company must have damaged Car .. NO I checked Bill of Lading and the Paper was littered with mark ups of CHIPS AND SCRATCHES FROM DEALER.... The Dealer Walser Nissan Wayzata .. Signed the Bill of Lading AGREEING the CAR is DAMAGED.. I called them and they said, "No it was not Damaged when it Left" Total Liars . They Signed the Bill of Landen with Transport Company agreeing with DAMAGE Now I have to spend over $1,500 to repair car If Walser Nizzan was Honest I just would not have bougth car I have Bought Many Car and Motorcycles on line This is the First time I was Tricked DO NOT BUY ON LINE FROM THESE PEOPLE More
