I purchased my 2017 Nissan Murano at this dealership. My engine light came on so I came back to them. First off I called and the girl said to just come over so within a half hour I was there after taking o engine light came on so I came back to them. Come back tomorrow, I come back the next morning and after having the car all day they can’t fix it. I paid $79 to get it diagnosed. When I picked it up I asked if the light comes back on do I have to pay $79 again. I was told no. I went back today the first thing I’m told is I have to pay $79 again. I said no and they decided to waive that fee. They come back out and tell me it will be $400 for the ignition coil for a told of $635z. I looked only the part was only $89 and it was a 10 minute job. I got it done at my mechanic for $98. Watch yourself there! More
