I went in for oils change, battery clean and to check my car light on the left corner of my car(smaller light), they only cleaned the battery and oil change. I've been into their dealership with the 2021 Nissan Sentra I bought there 4 times in the last year to try to fix a progressively intense noise in the front end. They were not able to diagnose it without me showing them how to recreate the sound. They replaced the CV axle on the front passenger side and it helped, but the issue persists on the drivers side and probably needs the same fix there. The work they did was covered by the extended drive-train warranty (which they apparently get paid less for). Yesterday, they refused to get my assistance in recreating the sound, but forced me to pay for the diagnostic in spite of previously repeatedly needing me to demonstrate how to recreate the sound before they repaired the other side. The service manager tried to gas-light me by saying that “whatever I was hearing was normal operational sounds”, which it very much is not. I think the truth is that they don't want to do another large repair that is covered by warranty because it sounds like they get paid less to do warranty work. Additionally, when I brought the car in yesterday, I also asked the Service manager to have them replace the running light that was out on the trunk and he completely forgot to put it in the service notes. So, when he initially said they were "done" with the car, it had not been taken care of and I asked him to have them do it. He then told me a mechanic would just come out and do it in the service counter garage area soon and it would take an extra half hour. However, about ten minutes later, he came into the waiting area and told me that I should just do it on my own and save the $60 despite the fact that I had been explicitly clear to him that I wanted the mechanics to do it. He then proceeded to tell me how I could just find a video online to figure out how to disassemble the underside of the trunk hood and buy a light from somewhere else for cheaper. All of which I was totally put off by. It was clear he had messed up and was trying to cover his mistake to not take a mechanic off other work to do what I had explicitly asked to be done earlier. Likewise, when I got home, I looked up the last time I brought in my car when the other side running light went out on my trunk and it was only $35 not the $60 he had claimed. I am fully unhappy with the whole experience and specifically with that service manager. More

They are pretty aggressive in their "deal" making and act like they really want to sell cars. My post sale experience, however, has not been very good. Prices have gone up. Prices have gone up so much I believe I was overcharged. $133 for an oil change and tire rotation is too much. Now I have been paying attention to advertising from other providers of synthetic oil change services and see prices are significantly less elsewhere. I will think hard and research prior to making the decision about who will change my oil next time. More
