It was an overall good experience. Tino did a great job with answering all the questions I had and was extremely friendly. I also spoke with the sales manager, Colton Ray. Tricia, the finance manager, was friendly as well and helpful and answered all the questions I had. The only complaint I had was that the used car sales manager was not very friendly. I didn't catch his name. He was very short with me and when I tried to approach him with a question, he just walked right past me. More

The salesman was pushy, and I was not completely satisfied. However, after being to so many dealerships in the area, I was exhausted with all the haggling and negotiating. Had a great experience purchasing my new Murano from Wayzata Nissan and thought I would share. I really wasn't all tha sure what I wanted. When I went into the finance department and met with Trish she and I went through the different options for financing and extended warranties so that I was cimfortable with my payment and terms. I have found that most dealers will try to rush you through the buying process Wayzata Nissan didn't I had a great time and so will you! More
