Fool me twice After a terrible experience years ago I tried them again. I was "sold" a car I hate by a very charismatic Salesman Bob. Tried to get rid of it and offered to upgrade but it was clear their only intention is to separate you from your dollars coming and going. First oil change the service center cracked my bumper. I canceled the Niss ESP and was told I would be refunded in 4-6 weeks by Shannon in Finance. Two more phone calls also confirmed this with other finance associates. It is now over 13 weeks and the payment still hasn’t shown up. Accounts Payable dep said he cut a check on 7/31. This is either malicious or gross incompetence. There is no financial transaction in the world which takes 13 weeks. Run from this dealership. More

The sales guys were rude and they acted as if they were giving the cars for free. The pre-owned manager Arnold is the most rude of them all. He talks to customers as if we have no choice to buy anywhere else. After the call from him during negotiations I almost considered dropping the purchase , he made me that upset. But the car was pretty good and could not let go. I hope the people change here. I am not going back here even for the free service they offer for the car. More
