The dealership definitely did not meet my expectations in the car buying experience. A $40,000 vehicle that only comes with one key? Also the vehicle was listed online that included floor mats, and none were the car buying experience. A $40,000 vehicle that only comes with one key? It was like pulling teeth with the dealership to get them to include something that should have been included, especially when it is advertised. They also said they do not negotiate on any of their vehicles, which is really odd for a dealership. I really like the vehicle, which is why I went through with the purchase, but my salesman did not know the history of the vehicle(multiple engine replacements) until I brought it up. When I asked about purchasing another key, they offered me an aftermarket one, but it didn't take, I would be out over $200 for the service, and $100 for the key. Definitely would not recommend them to friends or family and will not have my vehicle serviced there. I have been around dealerships my whole life, and this was the second worst experience I've had. Treated terrible by service representatives and paid for parts and services that were not needed to find out it was a window seal that they could not fix.
