Salesman and buying process was nice, and they answered all of my questions. The Walsercare warranty is very nice too. Walser had replaced all of the brakes and rotors on this vehicle before I purchased it all of my questions. The Walsercare warranty is very nice too. The service team didn't want to look at it until the vehicle was purchased first and said the noise was probably nothing, which gave me a bad impression. Too bad it wasn't done correctly the first time, but they covered the cost, so everything is fine and worked out in the end. I also added on a tonneau cover to the vehicle purchase, since the price was great, and the salesman showed me a tonneau cover on the lot that would match the one I would receive. When they installed it, it turned out to be a cheaper version, so I am disappointed that this was mixed up. The part number and price I paid was correct, I just thought I was getting the nicer one that the salesman showed me for a good price. I would have gladly spent the extra hundred to get the better one, if they would have clearly shown me the options. I hope the sales team is more informed next time, or that a better description can be added to the service orders so this mistake doesn't happen again. More

This place is a waste of time. Took my rental 3 weeks into my “repair”. And it wasn’t anywhere near done. Part was on “supposedly” back order. He was thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and personable. When he didn’t know the answer to something, he sought assistance. Lucas, his manager, was very helpful in that regard. I love the car I purchased and am so grateful I had this experience to top it all off.
