Purchase of new Silverado Ken Wagner the salesman was great. No high pressure sales pitch. Was honest and straight forward. I found the error in The sales tax error and it took no time for Ken to agree that someone made an error. The problem was that it took over two hours for someone to bone up on the double charge in sales tax. Vehicle was to be picked up 1pm. We did not leave dealership until 4:45. Vehicle was not washed. Much of the black trim was coated with dirt even after it was returned for another washing. More

Chevy Equinox Service We brought our Chevy Equinox in last Tuesday for the last free oil change. We have always been very happy with the service center. This time we had We brought our Chevy Equinox in last Tuesday for the last free oil change. We have always been very happy with the service center. This time we had a problem as well, but CLINT STRAND was SO wonderful, patient and courteous. He also knew we had to be at an appt. by 1:00pm and lived about 50 mi away! He and the mechanic found the problem, but needed a part ordered. In no time, Clint had a wonderful loaner car for us, and by 1:00 the next day we picked up our Equinox!
