Outstanding service center I had issues with my vehicle that I purchased from a completely different Chevrolet dealer. Within a matter of hours, I was already scheduling a date to have the warranty work done free of charge. Not only that, but they even went the extra mile and did a bit of extra work to make sure this would not be an issue in the future. Outstanding service and they did a great job on the body work that my truck required. Highly recommend this service center to any GM owners. I wish I had a list of name for all the people I communicated with, because each and every one was extremely helpful, and professional in the process. More

Fixed faulty engine light I took my 2017 Cruze in because it had a check engine light pop up. My service adviser Jeff Hetrick informed me that my car was still under warranty a I took my 2017 Cruze in because it had a check engine light pop up. My service adviser Jeff Hetrick informed me that my car was still under warranty and was guaranteed to be covered 100%. He found that there was an update to the car's computer and it caused a glitch and he cleared the code and said everything was working as it should. My car was taken care of within a couple hours and they even gave it a wash. I trust Polar Chev and their techs with my car and respect their honest approach to business. More
