Unhappy with double diagnosis charges and service advisor I used to be happy with all of my services until this last time. I was double charged for the diagnosis for my Trailblazer. He was frustrated when typing out my problem, making me feel inadequate. All other times I have been treated with respect. Unhappy with the way I was treated this time and with charges. I was also charged again for my rear wiper blade that I bought brand new from you a few months ago that never worked right from the beginning. I had mentioned this and had gone back the following week. Still hadn’t worked right. More
