My service rep is GREAT I am not a fan of any business that has the name Walser attached to it. This comes from past history with the company. So when they bought Polar Che I am not a fan of any business that has the name Walser attached to it. This comes from past history with the company. So when they bought Polar Chevrolet/Mazda, I was at best concerned. I was even more concerned with the service manager Matt Carroll went with the Mazda split as I drive a Chevrolet. I have had two needs of the service department since all the changes, one minor, and one quite serious. I have had as my service adviser Jeff Soderbeck. I cannot say enough about him. In 7 years of service at Polar he is the best. Gone are the days when I could change the oil, the plugs and the points twice a year myself and have a great functioning car. I can't even explain what the car is doing now days when something is wrong. He is the first adviser to listen to me and make sense out of my nonsense. More
