Oil change and tire rotation / good. Good morning Polar Chev - I did have good service at Polar. I have a 2015 Chev Colorado that I purchased new from you folks. I like my truck very much Good morning Polar Chev - I did have good service at Polar. I have a 2015 Chev Colorado that I purchased new from you folks. I like my truck very much. I will share a concern. The service advisor told me with my oil change I had scheduled they could do a tire rotation as well for $49.95. I told him to go a head and do this work. The service advisor came and greeted me very well and I signed the appropriate paperwork. I didn’t look to see the initial cost break down and just signed the bill. I saw no $49.95 on my bill anywhere on my paperwork. The total was $57.00 and some change after I reviewed the paperwork furthered. I figured tax and all would have come to $52 / $53 dollars. I’m not sure where the other $5.00 bucks came from. I’m not going to squabble over a few dollars. It did disappoint me when I was quoted 49 and it came to something else. Phil Chelstrom More

Oil change Had my 23 year old son bring in our 2008 Chevy Trail Blazer for an oil change yesterday. He had a Walser Polar oil change coupon for around $30.00. On Had my 23 year old son bring in our 2008 Chevy Trail Blazer for an oil change yesterday. He had a Walser Polar oil change coupon for around $30.00. Once they did the work they told him that the code at the bottom of the card they sent to our home was not valid for that vehicle. Never heard of that before. He ended up paying full price. He came home without using it and told me what happened. We have multiple vehicles registered in their system. (4-5) How about saying "Since you brought this card in and it's not valid for this vehicle I'll still make good on it. We appreciate your business..." That would have went a long way and kept a long time customer leaving happy. More
