Find and correct Vibration rattle Service Dept unable to find source of the vibration rattle on first visit but did acknowledge hearing the sound . On 2nd visit I was provided a loaner vehicle to allow adequate time to identify and correct the problem. Jeff Soderbeck kept me informed regularly on progress until the problem was identified an a broken part replaced. This eliminated the problem noise.. More
