I bought my 2024 Chevy Tahoe beginning of January and when we walked around it we noticed paint defects. We were told they will be fixed. So we completed a work order. Went back today and we're told the paint defects can't be fixed and the hood remains scratched. I'm extremely upset after spending 70k on a new vehicle. I'm not impressed. More

I received a quote, set up an appointment and the work was completed to my satisfaction. My only issue was that after my $700 plus brake job, I was asked if I wanted my Suburban washed. Was told to bring car in and will get right on it. It took 7 days to look at it so I was without the car for 8 days. I picked up the car and the hood latch alarm went off. It wasn’t that way when I dropped it off. I’m assuming they must have done something. No offer to fix it. Will never buy (getting ready to replace it with another Tahoe-love the SUV) or service it here. Not the kind of service I am used to. I own a BMW and have owned several Mercedes and Cadillacs.
