Good. Feel could have been better on my trade in value. I should have walked away. Will always regret that. But the past is history. Feel could have been better on my trade in value. I should have walked away. Will always regret that. But the past is history. More
I worked with Trip Ellis on leasing a vehicle for the company I work for, he was very helpful throughout the process and made sure we were well taken care of. company I work for, he was very helpful throughout the process and made sure we were well taken care of. More
We’ve been using Walser Polar Chevrolet for years. I really like their service team. They’re friendly and they keep me up-to-date. The salesman are awesome. I really like their service team. They’re friendly and they keep me up-to-date. The salesman are awesome. More
I bought a used Dodge Ram Truck from Quinn. Initially everything went well. After the sale though Quinn and the dealership failed me over and over in communicating with me regarding the process Initially everything went well. After the sale though Quinn and the dealership failed me over and over in communicating with me regarding the process of fixing the rust on the fender and the scratches and imperfections that I "thought" I paid for. I had to take the lead on the communication over and over and over. I never actually got an answer on when the truck was going to be done, so I called the Auto Body Shop myself. They told me that the dealership never communicated multiple things that I told Quinn that I wanted the Auto Body to fix, so they said it wasn't going to get done. They did tell me when the truck was going to be expected back at the dealership. Quinn had the day off that day, ad wanted me to wait to pick it up the next day...by that point I was extremely frustrated. So, /i told him to have a manager take care of getting it ready. He agreed to have ready to go by 2:00 pm that day...I did not get to the dealership until 4:00 pm. It still wasn't ready and I got no answer as to why, ever. 4:30 pm and I finally drive the truck home. Nobody at the dealership seemed to care about the horrible lack of communication throughout the process of the truck being at the Auto Body Shop for WAY longer in time (a couple weeks) than it should have, nor did a manger ever address my concerns. Needless to say I will never take my truck there to get serviced and i will never go there again. The leadership at this dealership is obviously lacking, at best. More
Bought a car @ longs many years ago & loved seeing Polar Bear heading up north as a kid- none of that wonder compares to the beautiful dealership & Essence as our guide to my perfect Honda Accord purchase! This was continuation of rotors & pads job - initiated in April. Truck brought back multiple times due to shaking and squealing. I don't think it's reasonable that replacement rotors and pads do not match th April. Truck brought back multiple times due to shaking and squealing. I don't think it's reasonable that replacement rotors and pads do not match the performance of what the truck rolls out the factory with. Quiet brakes. And smooth rotors that I don't have to replace for 70+ thousand miles. Service Dept didn't agree with me that anything less than what was sub-standard. They tried to pass it off as normal. Culminated in Service Dept recommending replacement of calipers as the next thing to try replacing. This ignores the fact that the 2nd set of replacement rotors were buttery smooth. Were it not for the squealing, I would not have brought the truck back. Also-calipers replaced at 50k miles is very troubling and doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. I feel as though the service Dept is more interested in blaming things on the user and protecting the bottom line. It also amazes me that Chevy R&D doesn't have an answer to this. Why are these replacement rotors so weak? What if I actually towed with this truck? Would they just melt like butter? Or is the Service Dept not doing something correct? Ultimately - sold truck to dealership. Have no further interest in having to fight for what should just be reasonable expectations of a rotors/pads job. Confidence in Chevy parts also not very high after that experience. More
