My car was scheduled 2 weeks in advance to be repaired under warranty at this location. After bringing in my car and swapping it for a rental, I was informed 8 hours later that they cant get to my car as under warranty at this location. Then…I get this survey, as if you repaired my SUV. Wow. I know this survey doesnt matter, just like the customer. I had a bad experience dealing with Walser Chev. The sales staff was great up to the time when I was to take possession of my new vehicle. The dealership apparently does not do a vehicle detail before turning over the vehicle. Even after I asked several times if my new truck would be washed detailed and ready, it wasn’t. Imagine my disappointment bringing home an expensive new truck and immediately needing to take it in to be cleaned and detailed prior to showing my family and friends. I am very happy with the truck itself but the way Walser miss represented their vehicle delivery policy ruined the joy of bringing home my new truck. If you have an alternate option go elsewhere because Walser has proven to me that they don’t appreciate your business. More

Furthermore, I have tried to contact the dealership on numerous occasions to see where the process is with my title and I have had no call back. Each person I have spoken to has given me different timeframes, as I live out of state. I have heard 6-8 weeks all the way to 3 months. This is not the first time I have purchased out of state and it has NEVER taken this long; we are now 4 weeks out and I still haven't heard anything. I just purchased a 2025 Chevy Suburban Z71, trading in my 2023 Chevy Suburban Premier, which was fully loaded. There is no reason I have not had the courtesy of someone looking into this, let alone a call back. More

Incredibly poor communication, including ghosting from General Manager and Service Manager. Lack of transparency regarding the diagnostic process, recall, warranty.
