I called 5 days in a row, leaving a voicemail each day never receiving a call back. The following week I was able to get a service advisor on the phone who was quick to tell me the issue I had with my ve never receiving a call back. The following week I was able to get a service advisor on the phone who was quick to tell me the issue I had with my vehicle wasn’t Walsers fault. I was told to purchase new rotors sight unseen which I declined. I was told WALSER does not resurface rotors then was told WALSER resurfaced my rotors. I needed my brake pads replaced, I declined purchasing new rotors because my truck did not need them. My truck was returned with several issues that did not exist before it came to Polar service department. Unsatisfactory More
