My car was scheduled 2 weeks in advance to be repaired under warranty at this location. After bringing in my car and swapping it for a rental, I was informed 8 hours later that they cant get to my car as under warranty at this location. After bringing in my car and swapping it for a rental, I was informed 8 hours later that they cant get to my car as they had other priority repairs (backed up) and that I should return the rental and reschedule out a week or two. Then…I get this survey, as if you repaired my SUV. Wow. I know this survey doesnt matter, just like the customer. The scheduling guy tried, however, somewhere there is a breakdown in communication between your departments that is putting all the inconvenience on us, the customer. More
