Had to bring my truck into the dealer for no heat on drivers side in november of 2025. It was in for a week for what they told me, "extra plastic on the inside of the dash which caused the arm on the ac drivers side in november of 2025. It was in for a week for what they told me, "extra plastic on the inside of the dash which caused the arm on the actuator to pop off. Got it back with scratches on the glass of the windshield. Worked well for a week and a half and lost heat again. Had to bring back. This time they tell me that the arm broke again. I said, last time you said the arm popped off. They replied, no it broke. So per GMC, they were to replace the entire HVAC unit in the dash. I said ok do your thing and please do an oil change. It was in for about 2 weeks and then picked it up. Found more scratches on the windshield and the trim around my steering wheel had gouges in it and to top it off, the bottom of my steering wheel now has a 1-1/2" cut in it. I called the dealership and left a message with a guy named Aaron but never heard back. And the oil change never got done. Wish I could upload the pictures of the damage. Jake is the only service advisor worth something there. More
