Will NEVER go to this place again! ! Made an appt with a salesman--got there & was handed off to someone else saying it was the other persons day off----why would you make an appt with ! I was told on the phone there would be a 2025 Trax for me to look at but when I got there all they had was 2024's. Then they tried to sell me everything else they had on the lot. They printed out a payment sheet showing 7.49% Interest when other places are offering 0-2% deals! They hadn't even run my credit to see I have a 725 credit score which is very high!! Everything they said & did was VERY SHADY!! Since I happen to be a woman, I guess they thought I just fell off the turnip truck!! This is what gives dealerships a BAD name!! To top it off, we were supposed to get a $25 Visa card for doing a test drive. They said it would be emailed. We got the link alright but it just took us in circles till we gave up--so NO VISA CARD !! NOTHING good to say here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Worst sales rep and team. Said they could take my trade in but I didn't have the title. I told them upfront. The sales guy washed the car and there was scratches on it after i test drove the vehicle and wanted to buy it. Not a great way to having a new car experience. Place is a joke. Than he called me on Monday saying I owe them 100 dollars and he forgot to have me sign a piece of paper. I went to the DMV and got a duplicate for 22.50. Had to go back to the dealership and drop it off and sign paperwork. Still waiting on my 25 dollar visa gift card. I Wouldn't recommend. Sad part is I know people that bought there vehicles from here and thought I would have a great experience. Buyer beware. More
