Left me hanging with no wheel lock key! I sent photo that was asked for and have never been contacted back. It will cost me 100 dollars to have them removed and then buy new locks. And was told 200 for a video notary, but that became 300. I think they should be ashamed of themselves. More

I was not contacted about my submitted warranty claim. I called - no answer so I left a voicemail asking for an update. No call back. A week later I called, spoke with a rep who was going to have the serv I called - no answer so I left a voicemail asking for an update. No call back. A week later I called, spoke with a rep who was going to have the service center call me back with an update - I was never contacted. I called again a week later to get an update. Then I was told that the scratch and dent coverage does not cover anything that would require painting… sooo nothing is covered. We were sold on a warranty that does not cover what we were told. Overall, misleading sales and poor service. More
