Very good communications and outreach by sales via texts, emails and video walk-around. Sales folks need more expertise on EV's, charging, etc. Very disappointed this dealership did not provide two sets of emails and video walk-around. Sales folks need more expertise on EV's, charging, etc. Very disappointed this dealership did not provide two sets of keys, even if the rental/lease only traded in one. it's a great money maker for a dealership to withhold a key and promote itself as a one-key dealership when they quote a fab between 4-500.00. For that I would not return or recommend even though the car selection is good. More

Service is good but overprices. Labor rates were just bumped up to $200 an hour. It’s over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation now! Unreal! Considering moving mechanic shops.
