I took my car in because the window wasn't working, my car only has 9k miles on it. they wanted yo charge me over 400$ just to analyze it. I've had 2 appointments now where I was denied any sort of diagnostic service which was the main reason for visits. I waited 4 hours in the lobby to be told that diagnostics can't be done due to internet b of diagnostic service which was the main reason for visits.
