I've had 2 appointments now where I was denied any sort of diagnostic service which was the main reason for visits. Had my truck in 2x for transmission issue. I have Been charged $420 in diagnostics fees within 3 weeks and still not fixed. I even pay for a warranty I bought with my truck.
