They were nice until I dropped my vehicle off. I had zero communication between 10am and 5pm. When I called they had little information and told me the person I needed to talk to was busy. My vehicle was not fixed so I was forced to leave it overnight. The next day with zero updates and several attempted calls that were not answered I drove to the shop to check on my vehicle. They said the systems were down. My car was still not fixed. At this point I decided to take my vehicle home. They charged me over $100 to check it, even though they did not and could not fix it. I did leave a voice mail with the manager, who at this point has not bothered to call. Nobody seems to care at all about customers here. I'm not bringing my vehicle back here. More

Walser did not follow through on their commitment. Failed to have the vehicle cleaned at time of delivery. Failed to have the paint protection wrapping completed as indicated. Failed to follow through on the paperwork for license plate transfer. Still waiting after three weeks. Only positive experience was Emily who followed through on getting me reimbursed for some of these failures. Would absolutely not recommend Walser. More
