Enjoyed this dealership and the staff that helped us. However, when we came back to make our purchase the only person that could help us was also helping someone else. Meanwhile there were more than 5 ot However, when we came back to make our purchase the only person that could help us was also helping someone else. Meanwhile there were more than 5 other employees standing around but they kept telling us, “your paperwork is being handled by your salesman.” So what should’ve only taken an hour since financing was already done took us 2+ hours. That was the only disappointing thing about my purchase. Otherwise everyone in the dealership was nice and friendly. More

I went in to see if I could end my lease and look at some smaller vehicles. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Chevy Cruze. I absolutely love w! It is much more comfortable for me! It gibes me so much more room in smaller vehicles. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Chevy Cruze. I absolutely love w! It is much more comfortable for me! It gibes me so much more room in my garage it's perfect! I love the heated seats and steering wheel! I didn't even realize while driving it that there was a Sunroof! That was an added bonus the next day! The Staff at Walzer was great! Jacob did everything he could to get my loan approved. Everyone was very friendly and professional while I was there. I have been very happy with Walzer's Services and will be bringing my car there for Service. More
