Repair on driver’s side seat was done incorrectly. It was to replace a defective lumbar support bag. Now the new lumbar is in the seat about 6 inches to high, so it pushes out in the middle of my bac It was to replace a defective lumbar support bag. Now the new lumbar is in the seat about 6 inches to high, so it pushes out in the middle of my back right below my shoulder blades. Making the seat extremely uncomfortable. Obviously no one bothered to check the placement of the new bag, cause it’s not a “little” off, it’s WAY off. Texts were not returned, nor were phone messages. Although I bought my car to this facility freshly detailed, I got it back covered in dirt/rain spots, and the tires and rims were covered in sticky tire mounting compound. It took 3 washes to get it off. When I complained and asked to have the car washed I was assured they were going to wash it… I came back 5 days later and it still was not washed. More
