He had my first car of choice brought up front and ready for me to test drive. I ended up pivoting my car of choice to a secondary option which in reality was much better than my first choice. Jacob presented my with many options for add-ons, warranties, and financing. At the end of the day I couldn't be more pleased with my SUV.
