I love the video recording with the mechanic going over the work performed. The service center is great. Everything else, no. They lied about what was covered under a certified vehicle. They lied about which certification they honored. Walzer or GMC. Everything else, no. My husband and I had to say we wanted a full refund, to get them to fix everything that was covered under walzer certificate and not GMC. More
