I would give this dealership a zero stars if there was an option. I was approved through a financial institution, signed a contract, paid my down payment, and drove off with my car. A month later I was to option. I was approved through a financial institution, signed a contract, paid my down payment, and drove off with my car. A month later I was told that the financial institutions rejected my loan, and to bring the car back. I reached out to the financial institution who stated they did not reject my loan, I was approved, however the dealership called them a month later to reject the deal. The financial institution contacted Walser Polar Chevrolet on a 3 way called and they stated they did not reject my deal. Every time I speak with Walser they keep stating that the financial institutions is not funding the deal but the financial institution states that they are and waiting on final paperwork from the dealership which Walser refusing to send. The contract was signed in February, however Walser is refusing to cooperate with the financial institutions. This place is a fraud and bad for business. They won't even cooperate with the financial institutions who funds your deal. More
