The car I purchased with 15K mi wouldn't run 15 hrs after purchasing it. It spent 2 wks in the shop and was still misfiring. Walser treated us as if the problem was with us and not the car. Poor said they lost video of our oil change multi system check and tire rotation. Also did not put oil change sticker on windshield called to talk with service manager today about issues, thought they might check and tire rotation. Came in 10 minutes before scheduled time, was promptly met by a staffer who took my keys and prepped the vehicle for service.
