When in for a oil change and tire rotation OK so I went in for oil change and also tire rotation.and when we got done I look at my front right wheel which normally has scuff marks on it ----the OK so I went in for oil change and also tire rotation.and when we got done I look at my front right wheel which normally has scuff marks on it ----the scuff marks were in the same spot !!! I believe these tires were not rotated.The last thing I wanna do is lose the trust in the people I just bought a brand new car from. More

They also won't perform any extra service until your approval. They get everything done in a quick and timely manner (and they get parts they don't have fairly quickly for a mechanic!) The loaner cars are also very nice! They have been the only ones to service my car since I bought it used, and they take excellent care of it, even though I don't :/ Best part is they don't make me feel bad about it, they know we have busy lives and do their best to make my car experience exclude stress.
