Poor computer ground Non-dealer body shop didn't properly re-install ground for CX-5 computer/electronics after doing front quarter panel replacement. James was our service writer and nailed it right away with a 2 day loaner! Very impressed as James then sent proper paperwork to our insurance co. and to the body shop hoping to help in our reimbursement for the tow required to Polar Mazda. Much Thanks! More
