Was frustrated with the following items: 1. Had to ask what the terms of my loan were going to be as I was given the paperwork. All the sales lead talked about was monthly payments which is misleading. 2. Offered and purchased the extended warranty but wasn’t presented the list of coverage. 3. Was sent a blank odometer verification document to sign. Had to send back for the vehicle information to be completed prior to my signature. 4. Even though I bought the leased car I had, it would have been nice to have a car wash/vacuum offered. More

Used to be a lot better I was in for a oil change and tire rotation. I also presented a coupon for $11 off at the start of appointment and the service person said he would ap I was in for a oil change and tire rotation. I also presented a coupon for $11 off at the start of appointment and the service person said he would apply it. He also told me that he would have me out of there within an hour. An hour and a half later my car was finally done. Why would an oil change and tire rotation take an hour and a half? I did have an appointment. Also, the coupon wasn’t applied and it wasn’t until I noticed it missing from my bill that anything was done about it. Finally my car was washed, but not dried. I now have a water spotted car that looks worse than when it went in. I realize that these are all small items, but to me it’s these small items that will either keep people coming back or make them not want to return. More
