Disappointed and amazed I've reviewed WALSER Polar Mazda before and it wasn't pretty. Disappointed: I can honestly give them credit for trying . . . but what happened to m I've reviewed WALSER Polar Mazda before and it wasn't pretty. Disappointed: I can honestly give them credit for trying . . . but what happened to my vehicle and how it drives now is not the same as how it drove before the mechanic forgot to fully re-install the brake assembly after replacing the lower control arms due to a recall. Now its my fault that I have negative equity! Of course I have negative equity, I loved my car before Walser Polar Mazda worked on it and I had no intention of trying to trade it or sell it until after your "work". Amazed: They keep sending me review requests and they keep calling me to get my feedback or try to replace my vehicle which they won't due to the negative equity and an airbag deployment that I was never informed about when I originally bought the vehicle from Polar Mazda. Best dealership to deal with I've gone to a few Walser dealerships in search for my perfect car, and was very, very impressed each and every time. I didn't feel pushed, persuaded I've gone to a few Walser dealerships in search for my perfect car, and was very, very impressed each and every time. I didn't feel pushed, persuaded or overwhelmed. The staff always gave honest answers which made me feel like I was talking with a friend instead of a salesmen. I finally found my perfect car with Laura at the White Bear Lake Walser dealership and again, was very impressed. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional, and the price was great! Even the service department was amazing. The friendliness, professionalism, and warm welcomes were not just happenstance; I've noticed the consistency with each dealership and realize - that's just how Walser is. When in for a oil change and tire rotation OK so I went in for oil change and also tire rotation.and when we got done I look at my front right wheel which normally has scuff marks on it ----the OK so I went in for oil change and also tire rotation.and when we got done I look at my front right wheel which normally has scuff marks on it ----the scuff marks were in the same spot !!! I believe these tires were not rotated.The last thing I wanna do is lose the trust in the people I just bought a brand new car from. More
