The staff at this location are to be commended. They go out of their way to help when you are having issues. They helped by reminding me I have sap removal on my contract when I couldn’t remove it. I still have shadows of the sap after being removed. I was told if I DID have that extra coat on my brand new car, it wouldn’t have happened. I feel the package did the rust proofing.I feel cheated on this package and the contents being completed. I called P and L Rustproofing anonymously and got very different information than what is in the pamphlet you receive and verbal descriptions at Mazda Polar. It’s deceptive and Id like the coating that is described in their pamphlet which is 5-7 years of protection. Otherwise it’s been service that is very customer oriented. More
